The Trails of Africa project for the Birmingham Zoo was a $12.5M dollar elephant exhibit encompassing 17 acres.

John Fogg: For over 25 years I have managed major capital projects and programs for large and mid-sized companies. My experience with technical cross-functional teams and diverse delivery methods has given me unique insights into creating a collaborative environment that is focused on exceeding clients' expectations. I am driven to excel and innovate, and utilize a flexible but focused approach to establishing targets and uniting stakeholders. My project management style is process driven, focused upon a number of core stages. By methodically, structuring work breakdown structures from planning, through delivery and closeout, the likelihood of success is dramatically increased. The systematic approach I employ minimizes internal conflicts, manages the expectations of team members, and responds quickly to changes in scope or the client's needs. I enjoy my work and bring a positive, upbeat approach to each new assignment. I am excited about every aspect of project management, and I strive to bring fresh ideas to each task I undertake.
